Artist's Comments: "This little fluffy long-haired chihuahua looked up at me through the bars of a cage at our local animal shelter. I snapped a picture of it and painted it as a demo at Zooinitas, an art exhibit in Encinitas, CA. The event was held to raise money for the Rancho Coastal Humane Society Animal Safehouse Program. Thankfully, this little pup found a forever home."
