Artist's Comments: "This little fluffy long-haired chihuahua looked up at me through the bars of a cage at our local animal shelter. I snapped a picture of it and painted it as a demo at Zooinitas, an art exhibit in Encinitas, CA. The fundraising event was held to raise money for the Rancho Coastal Humane Society Animal Safehouse Program. Thankfully, this little pup found a forever home."
