Joan has written and illustrated two art instruction books, Floral Scenes, and Flowers; and is a contributing artist in Landscapes, Florals and Botanicals, Watercolor Projects for Beginners, Color Made Easy, and Acrylic Projects for Beginners. She also stars in the DVD, Getting Started in Watercolor. All of these instructional materials have been published by Walter Foster Publishers.
